Frontier Refining & Marketing, Inc. is a subsidiary of Frontier Oil Corporation and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

The marketing, crude and product supply, planning, human resources, and all accounting functions are located in Denver. All engineering functions are located at the refineries in Cheyenne, Wyoming and El Dorado, Kansas.
