Mr. Michael C. Jennings

 

Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jennings was named President & Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2009 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors on April 28, 2010 after being elected a Director of the Company in November 2008.  Mike joined Frontier in June 2005 as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Jennings came to Frontier with 18 years experience in finance and acquisitions with Cooper Cameron, Unimin Corporation, British Petroleum and U.S. Trust Company of New York. Prior to joining Frontier he was most recently Vice President & Treasurer at Cooper Cameron Corporation. He earned an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics and government from Dartmouth College.
