Mr. G. Clyde Buck

Mr. G. Clyde Buck has been a financial consultant located in Houston, Texas since January 2008.  From 1998 through 2007, Mr. Buck was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the investment banking firm Sanders Morris Harris, Inc. (including predecessor firms).  From 1983 to 1998, he was a Managing Director of Dain Rauscher Corporation, also an investment banking firm.  Mr. Buck is also a member of the Board of Directors of Smith International, Inc., a public oilfield service company.  He was appointed a director of the Company in 1999.
