From 1981 to 1984, Mr. Lee was a Principal with the oil and gas advisory firm of Schroder Energy Associates.&nbsp;&nbsp;He had prior experience in investment management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at Cooper Industries Inc., a manufacturer of consumer and industrial products, and at White, Weld &amp; Co.
